The walk to the city center was easy and only took us 20-30 minutes. The one-bedroom unit we had was spacious and had good heating. The staff were extremely friendly and informative, and even offered to take us to the train station. We had the best night's sleep thanks to the air conditioning.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel located close to everything in Dunedin. the room was cosy and home-like, with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen area. the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and even homemade muffins. the location was not far from the city center, allowing us to easily walk downtown. the parking availability and storage facilities were a great advantage.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, making it somewhat difficult to move around.

Clean and modern two bedroom unit with great kitchen. Close enough to the city, 10-15 min walk. The chocolate cake on arrival was a nice touch.

The apartment was not as expected, different from the pictures on the website. The parking spaces were small and the driveway was steep.
